Windows won't start?


Hey this is solved! Windows XP won’t start (always restart)


If safe mode and Windows XP Live technique is unable to solve the problem

(even you booting with Windows XP Live CD. The Drive C:\ not accessible)

The possible drive C:\ experience an error (bad sector condition)


Okey How to solve?



The all what you need is Windows XP installation CD (Boot from CD-ROM please)

  • After you set the BIOS to Booting from CD-ROM, don’t forget to put your Windows XP Installation CD into the CD-ROM player.

  • Press any key whey system ask to boot from CD…

  • Then the blue screen installation will appear.
There will be two option;
1. New Installation.
2. Recovery Console (press R).


  • Choose Recovery Console

1: C:\ Windows

(Which Windows installation would you like to log onto? press number 1)

System will ask for the password of your Windows, if none just click Enter on keyboard.



  • Then system will log onto partition drive where Windows installed,

commonly C:\


  • Write C:\ chkdsk

Then windows will trying to read and fixing bad sector from your hardisk (please Wait)


If no more problem remain! Your Windows XP will run normal
