DENTAL BLEACHING / MEMUTIHKAN GiGi

Gigi yang kusam bukan jamannya lagi. Wacana Bleaching untuk menghilangkan gigi yang kusam sudah menjadi tren tersendiri.

Berikut ini adalah hal-hal yang sering ditanyakan (FAQ) mengenai pemutihan Gigi;

dan akan dikupas tuntas oleh dokter, drg. Diana Roosumanstri. M.Kes

1. Apakah itu Tooth Bleaching?
Yaitu proses penggunaan bahan pemutih gigi untuk menghilangkan noda dan mencerahkan gigi.

2. Apakah penyebab perubahan warna pada gigi ?

* Makanan dan minuman dengan warna yang kuat misalnya teh, kopi, anggur merah, jika

dikonsumsi terlalu sering.
* rokok.
* faktor usia, membuat gigi berwarna lebih gelap secara alami.
* lubang gigi, gigi yang telah rusak jaringan pembuluh darah dan syarafnya.
* karang gigi.
* obat-obatan tertentu yang dikonsumsi ibu saat hamil.

3. Bagaimana cara memutihkan gigi ?
Ada beberapa teknik yang dapat dipergunakan diantaranya;

A. At home bleaching

Dengan cetakan gigi, dilakukan dirumah selama kurang lebih 1 minggu atau 3-6 minggu, ada juga yang 10-14 hari tergantung kerajinan pemakainya.

B. In-office bleaching Biasanya menggunakan bahan Hidrogen Peroksida 35 %, dan dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan penyinaran atau dengan bantuan laser. Hidrogen peroksida berkonsentrasi tinggi ini jauh lebih efektif daripada karbamid peroksida yang digunakan di rumah (at-home bleaching) namun harus dilakukan oleh dokter gigi, karena ia berpotensi untuk menimbulkan iritasi pada jaringan lunak di sekitar gigi.

Dengan adanya bantuan sinar atau panas, reaksi reduksi oksidasi dapat lebih cepat terjadi. Prosedur perawatan menjadi relatif singkat, yaitu rata-rata 1-2 jam per kunjungan. Sehingga hasilnya juga lebih memuaskan, namun sayangnya biayanya relatif cukup mahal.

C. Dapat juga dilakukan dengan Kombinasi dari perawatan di klinik dengan Home bleaching, agar hasilnya lebih maksimal.

4. Setelah gigi diputihkan , apakah bisa kembali berwarna awal ?
Bisa, kesuksesan bleaching hingga 90%, bisa bertahan hingga 1-4 tahun, tergantung dari :
* perokok apa tidak,
* umur,
* oral higine.
Hindari : kopi, teh, soda (coca cola)

5. Apakah efek samping dari memutihkan gigi ?
* Gigi ngilu, tenggorokan kering/ ingin muntah ( jika terjadi, minum air putih/ susu)
* Iritasi gusi
* Efek samping akan hilang 1-3 hari setelah perawatan

6. Dimana bisa memutihkan gigi ?
Di dokter gigi terdekat

7. Berapa biaya memutihkan gigi ?

Bervariasi tergantung bahan dan tekniknya, bila perwatan di klinik berkisar 500ribu - 1 Juta Rupiah.

8. Apakah semua orang bisa diputihkan giginya ?

Ada kontraindikasi general (karena kondisi fisiknya) : al.
* wanita hamil (karena meningkatkan efek muntah) ;
* anak-anak ;
* perokok berat (karena mudah relaps);
* peminum berat (karena mudah relaps).
Kontra indikasi lokal :
* resesi ginggiva;
* ada sariawan (gingivitis & periodontitis) ;
* sekunder caries ;
* caries; lesi/damage enamel ;
* alergi peroksida

9. Cara perawatan gigi yang telah diputihkan ?
* menghindari makanan yang berwarna kuat misalnya anggur, kopi, cola, teh, dll
* menyikat gigi secepatnya setelah mengkonsumsi makanan/minuman kopi, teh, anggur

atau minumlah menggunakan sedotan.

10. Apakah pasta gigi benar-benar memutihkan gigi ?
Pasta gigi “whitening” tidak mengandung bahan bleaching peroxide. Pasta gigi mengandung bahan abrasi ringan dan bahan pemulas untuk membersihkan gigi dan menghilangkan noda pada permukaan gigi yang ekstra bersih dapat membuat gigi lebih cerah. Sedangkan Bleaching akan memutihkan gigi hingga beberapa tingkat warna

Blogspot Template PROBLEM

Your blogspot have template problem?


Commonly it happen to me, when I set my own Blog template to change the background font, add feed, add RSS, etc. it only changed in one posting, the other posting don’t.

I meet the problem that I cant fix it in one tired day (b’cause it confuse me so much)

Things you need to do is log off from your blogspot account, and access your own blog as anonymous,

Or other way you just need to wait until tomorrow, then you access your blog, tat ta…
Your blogspot template will just like what you set at last.



This problem occur because google need time to update your blogspot template database(approx under 24 Hours),
And it could be happen when your web browsers such IE or Mozilla Firefox, store the template database on cookies, instead load directly from blogspot website.


Please be patient for max 24 hours and the template will just like what you set.

Google Account Recommendation

Need to change your email address to access Google Accounts?

There’s Some of us who don’t have gmail, therefore when they want to make a blog (in this case is blogspot),

Its necessity to registered in Google Account, fortunately we can still register Google Account with any email address (such hotmail,yahoo,etc).

But its very recommended to registered with gmail.

Bcause you will found problem when you want to read mail on your Gmail, in other side you editing blogspot(registered with other than Gmail) in the same time.

The system will reverifying Google Accounts( verry annoying isn’t it ?? )

And how to deal with it??? Change your old email(hotmail Yahoo etc) registration on Google Account to Gmail instead !.

After ALL please google you should say like this (its highly recommended you using Gmail to register at Google Accounts! )

Windows won't start?

Hey this is solved! Windows XP won’t start (always restart)

If safe mode and Windows XP Live technique is unable to solve the problem

(even you booting with Windows XP Live CD. The Drive C:\ not accessible)

The possible drive C:\ experience an error (bad sector condition)

Okey How to solve?

The all what you need is Windows XP installation CD (Boot from CD-ROM please)

• After you set the BIOS to Booting from CD-ROM, don’t forget to put your Windows XP Installation CD into the CD-ROM player.

• Press any key whey system ask to boot from CD…

• Then the blue screen installation will appear.

There will be two option;
1. New Installation.
2. Recovery Console (press R).

• Choose Recovery Console

1: C:\ Windows

(Which Windows installation would you like to log onto? press number 1)

System will ask for the password of your Windows, if none just click Enter on keyboard.

• Then system will log onto partition drive where Windows installed,

commonly C:\

• Write C:\ chkdsk

Then windows will trying to read and fixing bad sector from your hardisk (please Wait)

If no more problem remain! Your Windows XP will run normal

NTLDR error

Have you ever found problem with your computer, when it previously start the screen only shown “NTLDR is missing” ??

This problem due to NT loader required by windows is missing.

Some of reason

• Because of virus infection that attack system file in boot partition, commonly in drive C:\
• And one of commonly reason, is user mistakes who delete NTLDR file in drive C:\ (Because the file color is blurred, then common user consider that file is a virus. But actually this is important file to run Windows).

And how to fix it??

Things you need;

• CD Windows XP live (Directly booting Windows from CD-ROM )
• UFD (Flashdisk is used to store NTLDR file that we got from another computer that still “healthy”. Commonly sized 245 KB and its located in drive C:\ in “healthy” computer mentioned.
  

Here is the step;

1) Set your computer BIOS, boot priority to CD-ROM. You can enter to BIOS screen by pressing Del when the computer is starting for the first time. You can see the boot priority in normal stand is set to HDD-0, then change to CD-ROM instead. Saves changes and exit

If you still have problem to set your boot priority, you can refer to your motherboard manual book.

2) After you confirm for changing, the computer will restart, wait for the system restart, and don’t forget enter your Windows XP Live CD in your CD-ROM drive. Wait until system loading Windows directly from the CD.

3) Then the Windows Live desktop appear, click start menu left below, (the menu is very different with Windows XP full version)

4) In menu list select Total Commander and run it. This is an interesting portable program to discover harddisk contents without starting Windows. Total commander program generally include in Windows Live CD, if you don’t have it within, you can search it from the internet.

5) In total commander program screen, in the left tab, choose Windows system drive generally in drive C:\ and you can see none NTLDR file there.

6) Still in total commander, in the right tab selection in drive G: ( where your flasdisk is plugged). Here is the function of NTLDR that previously saved in flasdisk, directly copied to drive C:\ (to the computer has the problem) without change the name or attribute.

Then shutdown your computer with no differ from windows XP generally.

And turn on your computer, don’t forget eject your CD Windows Live, and your flasdisk, and reset your boot priority into normal stand (to HDD).

Than your Windows can start normally

ada solusi lainnya juga nih dia;

Bagi pengguna Windows, mungkin pernah mengalami dimana ketika komputer anda dinyalakan malah muncul tulisan NTLDR missing. Padahal anda tidak ada mengubah atau menghapus file system di komputer anda.
Apa solusi yang anda lakukan?
Install ulang???
Hmm ..
mungkin benar, tapi dengan install ulang tentu saja banyak aplikasi yang juga harus di install ulang.

Ini beberapa trik untuk mengatasi masalah NTLDR Missing di windows 2000 / XP.

WINDOWS 2000
Untuk Win2k akan lebih ribet karena anda harus boot dari disket, caranya:
* Buat satu bootable disket
* Buat file boot.ini dengan text editoryang isinya seperti ini :

[boot loader]

timeout=30

default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT

[operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT=“Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional” /fastdetect

* Copy NTLDR dan NTDETECT.COM dari CD/computer yang lain (Win2k yang gak ada masalah tentunya).
* Boot dengan disket tersebut
* Copy file NTLDR dan NTDETECT.COM ke drive C komputer yang akan diperbaiki.

A:

copy ntdetect.com c:

* Keluarkan floppy drive dan reboot.
* Selesai

WINDOWS XP
Di windows XP, prosesnya akan lebih mudah karena Win XP memiliki opsi repair dalam bootable installer.
Yang harus anda lakukan adalah :
* Set bios komputer anda supaya first boot nya adalah CD drive.
* Masukan CD Installer Windows XP
* Boot komputer anda
* Setelah masuk ke setup menu, pilihlah pilihan tekan R untuk repair.
* Pilihlah system yg akan diperbaiki, biasanya ada pilihan nomor 1 C:\Windows, dan enter.
* Jika ditanyakan password Administrator komputer, anda silahkan di isi dan enter
* Setelah berhasil login silahkan copy NTLDR dan NTDETECT.COM dari CD installer anda. Sebelumnya pastikan dulu apa nama drive CD/DVD anda. Kita contohkan disini bernama E:

copy e:\i386\ntldr c:\
copy e:\i386\ntdetect.com c:\

* Apabila sudah selesai silahkan keluar dari editor dan restart komputer anda
* Jangan lupa untuk set boot order anda menjadi Harddisk pertama.
* Selesai.
